Range and Facility Information

One of the outcomes that came from our positive Governance Review Workshop is the need to better understand our facilities. In particular we need to gain a better national understanding of our facilities, their location, ownership, tenure, and capacity.

Details of these facilities will allow us to better plan and prepare for a sustainable future together. Knowing where facilities are and what their capacity is will mean that we can deliver more effective strategies to help and support all clubs and venues. As an example the whole of sport Participation Plan Working Group are formulating a plan including strategies to deliver retention and recruitment strategies, education tools, and grass roots support, which can only be delivered to Clubs and local communities if we know where they are, what they need, and what their capacity is.

This information will be kept confidential but shared with Member Bodies and the Governance Review Workshop delegates. We need your help ensuring that the information we gather is complete and accurate so that we can all use it in a collaborative and constructive way for our sport.

Please find here a link to a simple online survey created to capture some basic data. It is envisaged that there will be further detailed analysis but this will provide a good starting point and allow us further discussion at our next Governance Review Workshop in May.
