Whole of Sport Governance Review
Articles | Friday, Oct 14, 2016
Shooting Australia with the assistance of the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) and in collaboration with our Member Bodies (MB) chose to proactively launch this significant piece of work.
This review was designed acknowledging our multifaceted structure to provide a critical platform to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sport.
It is important to highlight that the documents are the views of individuals from all through our sport brought together by an independent consultant, and the recommendations are as proposed by the independent consultant. The Board of Shooting Australia has not formed a view on this independent work and is looking forward to your input and collaboration so that we can choose the right path for our sport to flourish and grow well into the future.
Provided below is the Whole of Sport Governance Review Report, the Participation Survey Findings and answers.
The Board of Shooting Australia has invited the Presidents and Executive Officers of our Member Bodies and through our Member Bodies the President or delegate of every State and Territory Association to a workshop on the 12th and 13th of November to discuss this Review. Importantly the feedback collected through the survey below will form an important part of this workshop. We look forward to your input.
The Whole of Sport Governance Review Survey is now closed. Thank you to all who took time out to complete it.
